Ben is a Senior Software Engineer and Systems Architect recognised for engineering at the highest levels of resilience, scale and data integrity. With an extensive background designing high-level infrastructure across Tier-1 banking, fintech, and heavily regulated financial institutions, he brings an exceptional standard of technical excellence to clinical software.

Milad is a practising dentist who created SmileShot after seeing first-hand how inefficient photography workflows impact dental practices. After completing the Accelerate Cambridge programme at Cambridge Judge Business School, he turned these challenges into a commercial solution built around one core principle: putting customers at the centre of everything we do. By listening to dental teams and continuously acting on their feedback, SmileShot evolves to meet their needs, streamline workflows, save valuable chair time, and deliver measurable ROI.

Rooz is a practising dentist and respected voice in modern dentistry, known for his clinical precision and artistry, with a following of over 16,000 and more than 1 million views across TikTok and Instagram.

He sits on the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) committee and is an early Monzo alumnus, and he brings that tech background to SmileShot by shaping its interface, design and overall look and feel.
